Ember Inns – Training Video

Last week we spent a day filming a training video for the Ember Inns chain. Prior to filming we had spent four days writing and refining the script. We also visited 3 different potential sites and settled on the Holyhead pub in Coventry where Jason and his staff all played a role in making the day a success. The first edit has now been completed.
