A Marketing Plan is the next stage in the strategic process. Having defined your objectives and your strategy we will draw up a comprehensive plan to outline the proposed routes to get there. It can be as long or as short as you want. But it usually covers a competitive analysis, an interrogation of your marketplace and where you stand within it, a study of your key strengths and weaknesses and a proposal for how best to go forward. Most plans are completely forgotten or ignored somewhere along the way. Our job is to remind you of them from time to time, revisit and revise them!
