The Customer Journey at Vision Express

The last training videos Stretch Marketing made for Vision Express (about the handover) went down so well at their conference and subsequent training sessions, that we were asked to make another one detailing the entire Customer Journey showing the Ways of Working to most effectively make sure that Customers get the best possible service from every store. We filmed the video at the Vision Express head office in Nottingham. Our crew consisted of us, Paul the Soundman, Rob, Claire & Alison the talented actors (who had also starred in the previous videos) and we were joined by several members of the Vision Express Training Department. Shooting took all day – but would have been a lot longer had our actors not been so good with their lines. We’re editing the video now and it should be with the client within a day or two.
